What this site collects, and the terms it is offered under

• One local preference. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser, under a single key. It is never sent to us, and it is not a cookie.
• Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes every request and, like any host, may retain standard logs including IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention. We do not build profiles from them and we do not analyse them for marketing.
• Messages you send. If you write to us, we keep your message for as long as it takes to answer it and to act on it. A consent withdrawal is acted on and recorded, so we do not re-publish what you withdrew.
• Session material. Governed by the published consent conventions, not by this page.

The study companion is the only part of this site that sends your words anywhere. It is switched off by default, and this page describes what happens when it is on and you ask it a question.

• Your question goes to this site's own server first. Not to a third party from your browser. No analytics, no font service, and no model provider is contacted by your browser at any point.
• The server reads the archive on your behalf. It fetches passages from lawofone.info and searches this site's library, so the archive sees a request from our server rather than from you.
• Your question and the passages go to a model provider. The answer is written by a third-party model, reached through Cline's API. That is a transfer of your text to a company that is not us, and it happens on every question you ask. We do not send your IP address with it, the provider is named in the interface, and its handling of that request is governed by its own terms — which we cannot truthfully promise on its behalf.
• We keep no conversation. There is no database, no key-value store, no log of what was asked or answered, and no account. The transcript lives in your browser tab and is gone when the tab closes.
• Its memory of you is kept in your browser, not here. The companion keeps profiles and a short record of what a session covered so that you do not re-explain yourself. That record is written to your device's own storage and stays there. It is never sent to us and never stored on our server, which means it is also not backed up and does not follow you to another device — clearing site data erases it.
• One counter, holding no content. The server keeps a per-address count of how many questions were asked in the last five minutes, so a public endpoint does not become somebody's free model. The counter stores a number against an address for five minutes and nothing else. It is never written down.

If you would rather none of your words left your machine, do not use the companion. Nothing else on this site depends on it: the library covers every essay and every verified passage and its search runs entirely in your browser, and the practice and community pages need no server beyond the one that served the page.

Switching the companion off restores the plain statement: this site then collects nothing from a reader at all, beyond the host's ordinary request logs.

This site publishes study material, community guidelines, and information about sessions held by the Law of One India community. It is a sacred space for collective study and facilitation. It is not a commercial service, and nothing on it is sold.

Essays here are written by this community and represent its study, not an official interpretation of the source material. The Ra Contact and the Q'uo material are published by L/L Research, and nothing here supersedes that source or grants any authority over it.

What this site is not is stated once, in full, on the community page: not professional advice, not therapy or counselling, not a promise of any outcome, and not a moderated public forum. That list is not repeated here, because a boundary restated in several slightly different ways is a boundary that has already begun to drift.
